Clients are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Upon refund:
- Final files will not be delivered (if not yet provided), and
- Any previously delivered materials may no longer be used.
- All licenses and rights to use our work are immediately revoked.
Maintenance & Hosting
You may request a full refund within 30 days of payment, provided no substantial service usage or third-party costs have been incurred.
Other Services & Contracts
A full refund may be requested within 30 days, provided the work has not been finalized, published, or implemented.
Upon refund, all rights to use any deliverables, files, or documentation are revoked.
Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Any third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, plugin licenses, advertising spend, server costs) are non-refundable.
Abuse Prevention
To prevent abuse of this policy, clients who receive a refund may be restricted from purchasing new services for up to 3 months at our discretion.
