The System
How It Works…
20 years of creating websites has allowed me (Wolfgang, the founder) to refine and optimize the process of creating a basic website to a point where we can now create a new website for clients within 1-2 weeks from first contact to launch. Here’s how it works:
You reach out to us and pick a plan (see below)
We work out what kind of design you are looking for, and we look for a pre-built design that gets as close as possible to what you want
We will set up the server, WordPress, plugins, theme, and import the pre-built design
Then we will adapt the website to fit your branding and style guidelines
You provide the content (text & images). We can help with structuring, but most of the content will have to come from your side
Together, we will upload the content and we will add additional features like multiple languages, forms, etc. Adding content together as much as possible will make sure you learn how to use your website
After up to 3 rounds of feedback, the website goes live
At the end of the project, you can choose whether you want to take care of the website yourself or have us take care of everything
Fixed Pricing Packages
Pay Only For What You Need
Depending on what type of website you need, the service can be surprisingly affordable. If the plans below don’t fit your needs, please reach out to us to discuss a custom plan for you.
HKD 8,000: up to 5 pages, 1 language
HKD 10,000: up to 20 pages, 1 language
HKD 12,000: up to 10 pages, up to 3 languages
HKD 16,000: up to 20 pages, up to 5 languages
On top of that, if you later commit to a yearly WordPress hosting and maintenance plan, you get the first 3 months of hosting/maintenance for free. You can find prices in other currencies on our Global Pricing page.
Why So Affordable?
Expensive Doesn’t Always Mean Better
You might have already reached out to other agencies and asked for quotes, which are probably at least 3x what you see above.
The reason for that is that those agencies always start with a design process, create a Figma or Photoshop design, then implement that custom design as a website. We also do that for certain clients, but this is usually not what you need.
WolfWeb’s approach skips the first two parts above and directly starts with a working design, adapting it to your brand and design expectations. This cuts development time by up to 75%, leading to very competitive pricing while keeping the quality of the end product extremely high.
